Site Survey

Before work commences, one of our engineers will visit site to ensure the current infrastructure supports the requirements of the system you have purchased.

Project Manager

Your dedicated project manager will ensure that you are kept informed throughout the project cycle and will be your main point of contact

Installation

. Our engineers will install all devices and cabling. The system is configured offsite to your specification as this is a cloud based solution.

Lumos Education is designed to be simple to use. In fact for some users, such as external bookers of conferencing facilities, it is so simple to use that no training is required.

However for more advanced users we understand that it is those powerful less obvious features that make the system so potent.

Hands On Approach to Training

All delegates attending a training session will be encouraged to have a “hands on” approach using their own data as this is how we have found they will receive the most out of the session.

Flexible Training Options

  • Training can be delivered in a variety of ways including on-site at your place of work, or in house at our Head Office in Nottingham. We also offer short on-line sessions.
  • After the training session the trainer will be in contact to encourage and answer any questions that may arise to ensure the system is used to its maximum potential.

Whether to your timetabling solution, attendance recording software, access control system or any management application, Lumos Education will seamlessly integrate. Lumos Education’s ability to integrate in this way delivers so much power.

Reporting

Lumos Education allows you to collect a lot of information on resource usage and attendance data.

It stands to reason that you need to access that information in a usable and understandable format. Whether you want to report on student attendance activity, or compare planned against actual utilisation of room resources.

In addition to supplied reports we make it easy for you to create your own additional reports using third party reporting tools such as SSRS.

However, if you would prefer that we create customised reports for you, then we offer our bespoke report writing service for this very reason.
