Email and SMS notifications
Send students handy reminders about coursework hand-in
dates. Follow up missed appointments, or attendances, with
notification alerts to students and identified staff members.
Notifications can be modified as problems begin to escalate.
For example, if a student is required to attend a specified
number of appointments, notifications can be sent with in-
creasing urgency as these are missed, and as they near the
threshold where action needs taking.
When attendance is recorded manually, notifications can
be triggered to alert delinquent staff members of the need
to mark class attendance, and detailing unmarked or part-
marked attendance registers requiring attention.

To ensure all Lumos applications embed seamlessly with
your other systems, a simple administration interface allows
you to add in banners with a minimum of effort, to ensure
that everything fits in with your corporate image. Users of Lu-
